We want The Arrival to feel worth it. This policy explains how refunds work for the complete portrait.

Try before you buy

The first two chapters of every portrait are free. We encourage you to read them before purchasing, so you know the voice and depth of the writing before you pay.

Our promise

If you buy the complete portrait and it genuinely does not deliver, email us at support@thecosmicchronicle.com within [14] days of purchase, from the email on your account, and we will refund you. You do not need a complicated reason.

After that window

Because the portrait is delivered digitally and in full at purchase, sales are generally final after [14] days. We may still consider fair exceptions case by case.

How to request a refund

Email support@thecosmicchronicle.com from your account email, with the date of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically take a few business days to appear.
